This doe comes from a long line of milkers. Her dam, Uni, has been the breed leader for milk production and protein. She has been the record holder for three years! Uni's dam, Baby Usa, was also a breed leader for milk production, butterfat and protein in 1999. Every lactation was in the top 10! Umami's sire, Tiger L, is a wonderful buck who has sired many beautiful champion does. He throws great attachments and milk production. Umami certainly has lots of promise!
