Sales Policy
The following is the "technical stuff" that helps keep things flowing. Thank you for taking the time to review it before continuing with any deposits or purchases. Thank you-
No intact bucks will be sold from first fresheners. Very few bucks are left intact. If I wouldn't be glad to use the buck in my breeding program, I wouldn't sell the buck to you.
Rarely, there will be breeding age does and bucks for sale. I will give my honest opinion of any animals for sale. I will not try to hide any flaws.
$50 deposit is required to reserve a kid on a planned breeding. If the desired kid is not available or is not up to our standards, you may transfer your deposit to another kid of your choice (including the next breeding season) or you may receive a refund of your deposit (under those circumstances only). If you choose not to purchase your reserved kid under any other circumstances, then your deposit is forfeit. If three attempts to notify the buyer go unanswered, we reserve the right to offer the kid up for sale to the next buyer with no refund of the deposit. We will care and house for your reserved goat for 30 days unless prior arrangements are made. The deposit is credited to the cost of the goat. All other expenses, which may include shipping, kennels, heath certification and vet checks or any other further testings desired or required by the buyers state are the buyers responsibility. All expenses must be paid before the animals leaves the farm.
I have a waiting list for wethers. A $25 deposit will secure your name on the waiting list. You do not have to take the first wether available. If you choose not to purchase a wether in two breeding seasons, your deposit will be forfeit. If you choose not to place a deposit to secure your name on the wether list, we can still take your name and contact you if their are any wethers that were not chosen after they have been offered to those on the paid waiting list. The paid waiting list will have priority over any unpaid inquiry.
Health Certification for travel out of state is $56 per location shipped to (not per goat). We do not charge for travel to the airport. We ship using Alaska Airlines or Delta. We will make all the travel arrangements and the buyer will be responsible for the receiving end.
The health of the animals are guaranteed at the time of departure from my farm. I cannot guarantee the saftey and/or health of an animal while in transit to your location.
